In this 5-part / 5-week experiential workshop series, we will explore various types of stress related issues, and how we can use simple, proven science-based tools and techniques to teach you how to relieve your stress and shift into more harmonious coherent emotions anywhere, on your own and on the go.
1. Transforming Emotions with Heart Breath and Scent
Learn of the value and purpose of our emotions and how to work with them to support us, as they provide us with clues along the journey of life.
When: Saturday January 8, 2022 at 10 am PT / 1 pm ET
2. Transforming Anxiety with Heart Breath and Scent
In this self-therapeutic experiential workshop, we learn the physiology of anxiety and our fight / flight / freeze / fawn system and how the science behind the EMDR-based Aroma Freedom and Heart Coherence Breathing techniques work to calm and regulate our nervous system.
When: Saturday January 15, 2022 at 10 am PT/ 1 pm ET
3. Transforming Worry with Heart Breath and Scent
Current world events, past personal experiences and fear of the unknown often contribute to a sense of worry. In this self-therapeutic experiential workshop, we learn the reasons why we worry and how worry impacts our physiology and our ability to move forward in life.
When: Saturday January 22, 2022 at 10 am PT / 1 pm ET
4. Tools to Support Your Child’s Resilience with Heart Breath and Scent
In this experiential workshop, discover the tools to teach your child or grandchild simple, easy to learn methods that help them access inner resources to soothe themselves into positive emotions and resilient inner strength.
When: Saturday January 29, 2022 at 10 am PT / 1 pm ET.
5. Thriving Through Change and Loss with Heart Breath and Scent
In this self-therapeutic experiential workshop, we look at change and loss from the perspective of emotional healing and renewal.
When: Saturday February 5, 2022 at 10 am PT/ 1 pm ET.
