We will dive deep into the 6 pillars of Self-Love.
- Self Acceptance: The ability to love yourself unconditionally, no matter what flaws and traits exist. This is the base of Self Love.
- Self Care/Self Discipline: Self Care starts with the recognition that we are responsible for our health, happiness and wellness.
- Self Confidence: is the understanding that you trust your own judgment and ability and that you value yourself and feel worthy, regardless of any imperfections or what other people may believe about you.
- Self Esteem/ Self Worth: Am I worth it? Am I enough? Do I deserve to be happy? How do I feel about my accomplishments and my identity?
- Self Forgiveness: This is a big one. Have you let go of any actions or inactions that you still regret? Do you criticize yourself for past mistakes? Are you free to move forward?
- Self Expression: Do you express yourself openly and sincerely? Are you willing to be seen? Do I let my life be an expression of my deepest values?
Each session (Zoom or in person) is between 60-90 minutes, and includes sample package with Essential Oils.
