In this self-therapeutic experiential workshop, we look at change and loss from the perspective emotional healing and renewal. Working with difficult (and often avoided) emotions such as fear, uncertainty and grief, we will gently guide you through the proven, science-based processes of Heart Coherence Breathing and the Aroma Freedom Technique that will allow you to safely feel and then dissolve those emotions that block you from feeling your wholeness and moving forward into a positive and fulfilling future.
These tools teach you how to up-level your physiology, and shift into more harmonious emotional states anywhere, on your own and on the go.
