In this self-therapeutic experiential workshop, we learn of the value and purpose of our emotions and how to work with them to support us, as they provide us with clues along the journey of life. As you establish an inquiring connection with difficult (and often avoided) emotions, we will gently guide you through an emotionally transformative experience that will allow you to safely feel and dissolve those that create blocks to your sense of peace and wholeness.
