We will gently guide you through the proven, science-based techniques of Heart Coherence Breathing and Aroma Freedom to allow you to safely feel and dissolve the emotional memory complexes related to the worry. These practices support an up-leveling of your physiology and rewiring of your brain into a worry-free mindset, teaching you how to shift into more harmonious coherent emotions anywhere, on your own and on the go.
